my eyes are dry

i'm trying to sleep, but it's too hot to sleep without the fan on

it takes me forever to fall asleep, so i've been staring at random stuff (currently the computer screen) with the fan blowing in my eyes

i could close my eyes, but then i wouldn't be able to see (i'm just full of useful facts, aren't i), and i'd probably start misspelling everything

actually, i typed the last part of that sentence with my eyes closed, and no mistakes

i guess i shouldn't congratulate myself too much, it was just half a line

now you may say "eugene, why are you telling me this?"

to which i would respond, "eugene? who the fuck is eugene? that's not even close to my name!"

and then refuse to answer, cuz i have no idea why i feel the need to share this

i want coffee

but i want to sleep
